Volunteering is a great way to connect with the club by learning new skills, meeting other community members involved in the project and helping us succeed in our season. Intern or Become a Camp Coach:
Applications are now open for our Ballard FC & Salmon Bay FC 2026 Youth Soccer Camps! This year, we have three positions available: Camp Director, Head Coach, and Assistant Coach. Our camps are highly aspirational, continually growing, and supported by the local community in and around Ballard. We are looking for staff who bring energy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where every camper can grow and enjoy soccer.

Internship positions are now open as well in our Operations track! Intern with the clubs to gain valuable experience in what it’s like to work for a professional sports organization. Internships are paid and will be in-person at our matches May – July. Use this link to read more about the open positions and begin your application. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until we receive enough candidates to fill our positions (most likely by early February). So if you’re on the fence, make sure you apply early!
