Now, let’s meet Friday’s hosts.
FC Olympia

FC Olympia joined the USL W League 2023 and have been a dominant figure ever since, winning the NW Division Title in each of the first three seasons. From 2023 to the end of the 2025 season, FC Olympia never lost at home, and only drew once to Salmon Bay FC in their 2025 regular season finale (a match where a draw was enough for Olympia to clinch the division title).
However the 2026 NW Division is bigger and more talented than ever, with many title contenders looking to take Olympia’s spot on top of the table. FC Olympia has quickly learned just how tough the competition will be this season as they lost 6-0 to league newcomers Snohomish United in their season opener. The loss to Snohomish is FC Olympia’s first-ever loss at home, and the club will do everything they can to get back on the right track this Friday evening.
Salmon Bay FC will look to make it a second-straight home defeat for last year’s NW Division Champions, and should feel confident going in. Not only does the club have a 1-0-1 (W-L-D) all-time record against FC Olympia, but they also kept shutouts in both matches and have retained nearly the entire starting backline from the nation’s best defense.
Following this match, Salmon Bay FC will host their home opener next Friday May 22nd against Bigfoot FC with kickoff at 7:00PM. Tickets are selling fast, don’t miss the chance to support the Salmon Bay squad as they play in the revamped Interbay Stadium for the first time.
