On Sunday, July 5th the USL W League Western Conference Champion will be crowned at Interbay Stadium as Salmon Bay FC hosts Capo FC for the title.
The Western Conference Final kicks off at 6:30pm as the Northwest and SoCal Division Champions square off to see which club is the “best in the west.”
After defeating the top-seeded team in the conference, Colorado Storm SC, on penalties, Salmon Bay FC are looking to win their first-ever Western Conference Title. To do so, they will need to beat the only undefeated team left in the conference, Capo FC. Get tickets to Sunday’s final!
Capo FC

Capo FC represent the SoCal Division in this year’s Western Conference Playoffs after finishing the 2026 regular season undefeated with an 8-0-2 (W-L-D) record. Capo FC are the only undefeated team left in the Western Conference and will look to stay “invincible” after this weekend and claim the Western Conference Championship.
Capo FC’s only draws both came against Santa Clarita Blue Heat FC as they swept the other four teams in the SoCal Division. Capo FC’s 30 goals this season were pretty spread out across the team, but Tara Oper still leads the way with five goals. Capo FC finished the regular season undefeated in large part due to their defense which only allowed eight goals all season, less than a goal per match.
On Friday, Capo FC defeated NorCal Division Champions, the Monterey Bay Sirens, 2-1 with a brace from Jordan Curillo. Despite having only 13 players on the matchday roster, Capo looked the better team all match as they frustrated the Sirens enroute to their first playoff victory.
Capo FC is undefeated all year, while Salmon Bay FC is undefeated at Interbay Stadium. One of these things will have to give way on Sunday as the two compete for the conference trophy.
Whoever wins on Sunday will then move on to the National Semifinals on July 11th. After the National Semis, the winners will square off for the National Championship on Saturday, July 18th. All USL W League playoff matches can be followed live on SportsEngine Play and by monitoring the league website as well as their social media.
MATCH DETAILS
Fans should read this year’s “Know Before You Go” matchday guidelines and all of the below information to learn everything you need to know ahead of Sunday’s match.
Gates: Gates open at 5pm! We recommend arriving early to enjoy the food and beer offerings, watch the players warm up, beat the hassle of traffic and parking, and to enjoy all of the prematch festivities. There will be a “happy hour” with all drinks half off from 5-5:45pm!
Doubleheader: With Ballard FC hosting the Tacoma Stars earlier in the day at 2pm, some fans may have tickets to both matches. Fans with tickets to both matches must leave the stadium after the Ballard FC match ends before returning to Interbay Stadium at 5pm when gates re-open for the Western Conference Final. Get tickets to Sunday’s Ballard FC match!
Food Vendors: Beyond the thrilling soccer action, Sunday’s match will feature an array of food vendors, including Urban Native, Big Boys Filipino, and Mainstay Provisions. Also, before you head to Pagliacci Pitch, you can take advantage of the Pagliacci Pizza BOGO slice deal on game days. Just show your ticket at any Pagliacci location and get two slices for the price of one. Outside food is not allowed in the venue except for Pagliacci Pizza. Fans can also purchase snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and hot dogs (including the famous “Ballard Dog”) from the concession stand.
Ballard Food Bank: We also encourage fans to support the community by bringing donations of any non-perishable item for the Ballard Food Bank.
Beer Garden: The Bridges United Foundation Beer Garden is back and better than ever this season. The Beer Garden proudly serves Stoup Brewing. In addition to beer from Stoup, fans can purchase tequila from Orgullo Ajeno Tequila, cider from Incline Cider, N/A beer from Athletic Brewing, and wine from Vino FC. The Beer Garden is all ages, however there is a 21+ zone in the southeast corner of the stadium, which includes the new bleachers that were installed during phase one of the Interbay Stadium Expansion, which was completed earlier this month. Although alcohol can only be purchase inside the Beer Garden, fans can now take beer, wine, and cider outside of the Beer Garden and back to their seats or standing room area. Check out the Beverage Map below.

Transportation: Parking is extremely limited and will not be available in the parking lot by the time gates open. Street parking can be found to the north, east, or west of the stadium. We highly recommend alternative forms of transportation, including biking as we will have the Wombi Bike Parking area available at every home match this year. Please also consider riding King County Metro on game day, where youth through age 18 always ride free! Check out transit mode in Google Maps, the TripPlanner.kingcounty.gov website, or an app like OneBusAway. For more information, check out our full matchday transportation guide.
Live Stream: Can’t make it to the match? All Salmon Bay FC home matches will be streamed live and can be found at salmonbayfc.com/stream.
