Mercedes Cullen is a first year player for Salmon Bay FC and part of our inaugural 2025 roster. Before college, Cullen played for Mead High School where she was all-league in each of her final three seasons. Cullen joined Seattle Pacific University in 2022 and played three seasons as the starting goalkeeper before joining Salmon Bay FC. She received all-conference recognition in all three seasons (Second Team in 2023 and Honorable Mention in both 2022 and 2024) while also winning GNAC Defensive Player of the Week twice and setting program records for number of saves in a half and match. Then after a summer with Salmon Bay, Cullen returned for her senior year with the falcons where she started in 19 matches and kept 11 clean sheets, and winning GNAC Defensive Player of the Week in late October. This is Cullen’s final year of collegiate eligibility.
With Salmon Bay FC: Cullen battled with injury for the majority of the 2025 Salmon Bay FC season and did not see match action.
Tanner Ijams

Height: 5-9
Tanner Ijams is a first year player for Salmon Bay FC and part of of our inaugural 2025 roster. Before college, Tanner played for Beach FC where she was a two-time ECNL all-conference honoree, earning herself invites to U15 and U17 U.S. Youth National Team camps. Ijams went to El Segundo for high school where she was team captain and a two-time All-CIF honoree. Ijam was named the 26th overall recruit in the class of 2024, and ranked as the second best goalkeeper in the class. After taking a redshirt in 2024, Ijams had an incredible redshirt freshman season in 2025. She started in all 22 matches for the huskies in 2025, keeping 10 clean sheets for the Big Ten Regular Season and Tournament Champions. Ijams’ heroics in the penalty shootout and all tournament long earned her a spot on the Big Ten All-Tournament Team. Ijams still has three years of collegiate eligibility remaining.
With Salmon Bay FC: Ijams spent most of 2025 as a backup goalkeeper behind Elena Milam, but she did make her Salmon Bay FC debut on the road against Bigfoot FC, keeping a clean sheet in the second half of a 6-0 victory.
