For the first time in in organization history, Salmon Bay FC and Ballard FC are hosting a double header. Salmon Bay FC will start us off and kick off at 3pm before being followed by Ballard FC at 7pm.

After defeating Lane United 4-0 on the road on Tuesday, Salmon Bay FC will be looking to do more of the same at home this Saturday. Tuesday’s match was Salmon Bay FC’s third league win in a row and has them pushing FC Olympis for the top spot in the division standings. Read the full recap here.
Now let’s preview Saturday’s match.
Lane United

Lane United currently sit fourth in the division standings with eight points from seven matches. Before Tuesday’s loss to Salmon Bay, Lane has been on a four match unbeaten streak and will look to get back to that on Saturday. To do so, Lane will likely need to score a goal, which no team has been able to do against Salmon Bay FC this season.
The Lane defense will may have a hard time zeroing in on specific Salmon Bay attackers as the scoring ha been so diverse this season. Eight different goalscorers have combined to score 11 goals for the home side so far this season, with only Samiah Shell, Hallie Bergford, and Amelia Severn scoring twice.
MATCH DETAILS
Gates: Gates for the Salmon Bay FC match will open at 1:30pm. After the match is over, fans will need to leave before the gates reopen at 5:30pm for the Ballard FC match! In between matches, we recommend checking out the tailgate at Pagliacci Pizza which will have music from KEXP and DJ Supreme La Rock as well as drinks from Reuben’s Brews. As always, we suggest arriving early to enjoy the food and beer offerings, watch the players warm up, beat the hassle of traffic and parking, and to enjoy all of the prematch festivities. Also, the first 150 fans will get the above match poster FREE.
Food Vendors: Beyond the thrilling soccer action, Wednesday’s match will feature an array of food vendors, including Kathmandu, and Mainstay Provisions.
