With summer coming to a close, it’s time to look back at the 2025 youth camps.

2025 was the biggest year of youth camps in organizational history, in large part due to the introduction of Salmon Bay FC which helped increase the number of kids involved across all gender identities. In total, over 550 campers from all across Seattle participated in the camps these summer.
These camps not only increase both access and exposure to the game of soccer, but the campers also get to learn about and experience the Salmon Bay FC and Ballard FC environment. This way campers don’t just come home with a passion for soccer, but also fans of both clubs.
The camps themselves are coached by players and coaches for both Salmon Bay FC and Ballard FC who bring some of what is taught and learned at first team training sessions to each and every camp.
“As a kid who grew up going to soccer camps every summer in Seattle, I am so proud for Ballard FC and Salmon Bay FC to continue to grow our summer camp program.” said club Co-Founder and President, Sam Zisette. “Our goal is to provide the highest quality camp for the most accessible price in the city as well as connect our campers with our players and coaches in an impactful way.”
Reflecting on the summer, Zisette continued. “This past summer was our biggest and best yet and as we look to 2026 and beyond we will continue to find ways to create the best camp program in town. Thank you to our amazing camp families and coaches for an awesome summer and we’ll see you next summer!”
After a hugely successful 2025, the clubs will look to have even more campers next summer as they plan to expand youth camp offerings in 2026.
